Job success score dosen't match ratings

I just recieved my first job success score and even though I have only recieved 5 stars on all my jobs (except 2 that didn't leave feedback) I still only got a 79%. Is this right? How can I fix it?

Job Success Scores reflect a wide range of factors such as public and private feedback, long-term contracts, and repeat ones. You can monitor your Job Success Score on your My Stats page. Please see this help article for more info about what affects your score.
