I have been having problems updating my location to the USA  as it asks for some information that I have not acquired yet.

Hi Marvis,

Could you please send us a screenshot of the error you're seeing when trying to update your address in Settings > Contact Info > Location? 

Please keep in mind your address must reflect your physical location, if you're changing your country you must log in from the country you're changing to first.
