Mediator MIA

Hello, I need help with a Mediator who is MIA.

The story is simple: I filed a complaint with AAA and the verdict was that I was right. They asked me to submit some files with a deadline for today. I've already done it 4 times. The first time, the mediator on the Upwork side didn't see it, so I sent it again. I didn't get anything from her, so I posted it twice today, using different methods (group discussion and replying to an email that went to the agent's discussion section).

Up to this point, I have not received any acknowledgment of receipt from the mediator (or anyone else, as we are at it). I need to be completely sure that someone is reading the messages and that everything is fine, as today is the deadline and the mediator is not responding. I'm turning here because I really don't know what to do, this is for a pretty hefty sum and I'm getting very nervous.


PS: my server logs show that the file was downloaded from the client's location, so there are no excuses on that side, it is only the mediator who has to release the money, but she's the only one that apparently didn't get anything

On a side note, I think that instead of arbitrators, UpWork should have a panel of experts. The problem with this contract was the client actually didn't understand that what he asked was actually done. What if the arbitrator didn't understand that either? After all, the arbitrator is a lawyer, not a programmer (or designer, or acoountant, or architect or MD or whatever the task would require). In this case, the arbitrator understood, but it is completely random. There are countless specialists on Upwork who could review this,at a cheaper rate with way more accurate results
