I was running an errand this afternoon and heard my notification go off. When I checked my phone, I had 4 messages. I could see who they were from, but no snippet like I usually do. When I tried to open the messages in Upwork the screen just showed gray lines where the text should be. I waited 10 minutes and nothing changed. Then I tried to load Jobs and Alerts. Both came up without difficulty. I ended up having to drive home (by then I had a fifth message from a different client) and fire up my desktop.
I've never had this issue before. I saw that someone else was having difficulty on Friday, but that was slightly different from my issue...that person was able to load their messages but they hadn't been updated. My messages won't load at all.
