Milestone confusion

Hello guys,

How's it coming in?

Please I'm having a little confusion with this milestone thingy.

A client I'm working with billed $60 but I'm seeing just $32.80

I know the service charge should be around $12, so I'm supposed to be left with $48.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Nnenna,

I checked and it looks like the funds have split between multiple milestones. As one of them is still active, you have not received payment for it yet. Please check your Reports > Overview to check on the status of the funds, you'll see that while there is an amount available there is another in the Work in Progress tab. Since the client has divided the work into two milestones, make sure that you deliver only half the amount of work, with a polite message saying you will deliver the final half once the client has approved release of the first milestone and has funded the second milestone.
