My Phone Number is Taken

For some reason, my phone number seems to be taken, but I am on my account. Not sure how to resolve this issue.

I am dealing with the same problem. I recently had to change all my information and accounts due to my identity being stolen. I got a new phone number and upon me attempting to make an account as a fitness trainer here, I get the message my phone number is taking.
