Portfolio Help

I know I'm missing something, because I have done this once successfully...but I can't find a button to upload work to a portfolio.  I can add a photo, a description, deliverabilites...but for some reason, I can't find the button to upload the actual file. lol Can someone help me? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
