why do I keep getting notification my UTC doesnt meet qualifications when doing a proposal? I am in MN and have set to CST US and Canada but keeps saying my proposal does not meet criteria. HELP! Thanks in advance.

Hi Mindy,

Are you referring to the "Location Preference" set by the client? Clients can set preferences for the freelancer's location. Since this is a preference and not a requirement, you should still be able to apply for the job if you feel like you have all the skills and experience necessary to complete it.
