My client pay with $120 then after 3 days I lost my money

After I finished my project my client pay me $120.

He was very satisfied and then he gave me 5 star.

After 3 days all my money has lost and I receive a notification that all that money has been refund.

I contact my client but reply always seen.

Now I wonder if upwork can help me. Because freelancer like us deserve more and better support in upwork. Since they earn millions among all freelancers in their platform.

Why did the client pay you as a bonus? That is not a safe way to get paid!

This is not a real refund, this is a reversal of funds that were either never paid in the first place (the payment method didn't work properly) or was paid using a stolen, hacked or fraudulent payment method.

There is no protection for bonuses and no, Upwork can't help you.
