My mobile app is not responding

Hi Upworkers,

My mobile app is not responding to most orders. I tried clearing cache, force stop and even reinstalling, but nothing is working.

I'm an android user, and there was no posts about issues for android.

I tried reaching out to support, but I didn't get a solution.

Hello FAREDA YASER H,

First of all Restart your device, Check for APP update, Clear App Data and cache, Check Storage availability, Reinstall the App, Check for device software updates. Do things that you get any help.
