NOT getting interviews or NOT getting hired anymore.

This is really strange but most of my proposals are not getting interviews at all. Is upwork still archiving submitted proposals. This is a strange statistics compared to my previous perfomance. Aside from that, my account is not receiving any interviews. I am confuse if my account is not viewable. Everytime I search my name in the search bar, it will not show in the result. Can someone check my profile. This is really frustrating because I am spending money to buy connects but in the end, it shows zero results at all. I read that Upwork Talent specialist are conducting shortlisted proposals, is that still happening?

Many of us are reporting the same thing(s): fewer invites, fewer profile views, fewer interviews, fewer jobs won, and problems with search over the past few months. It may be a result of them reinstating the Boost feature, along with them revamping the categories which have make our prifiles less accuarate as to what we have to offer, as well making it harder and more confusing for clients to find us and navigate the site.

We are facing the same issue from last 2-3 months,no jobs at all,no hiring,zero response to proposal,zero profile views,informed UW several times,now additional search issue is appearing,clients are unable to search relevent freelancers,we are losing all hope :-(.

I felt like the Boost feature is affecting my performace. I am boosting my proposal but ended not getting interviews or even viewed by clients.  I am force to bid a lower rate but still getting zero results. I am not sure if Upwork is still using Talent specialist to shortlist the proposal. It should be the client's end to shortlist the proposals not some talent specialist.
