Name issues

I've recently made an account here using my goggle login with a different name.
I have changed it in the account setting in Contact Info and by the lookds of it, has been approved sense i can see my name right there. But my account still holds my fake name on my profile even thought i already changed it on my contact info.
Plus, adding my payment method to my bank account, has been suspended due to name discrepancies. Even though the Contact info is the exact name to my bank account, i'm thinking it might be connected to the name on my profile but i can't seem to figure out how to change that. 
Any help? This is really my first time here and generally the first time doing anything like this so i may just be a little confused on how things work here, i apologise.
