New Freelancer on Upwork Contract

I am new on Upwork and are getting messages of bids that I have done for jobs.

1) I need to know how do I get a contract from the client?

2) How do I ensure that they are legit and will pay through Upwork, payment was confirmed by Upwork?

We are chatting in the messages box, but I am not sure how to move forward with this.

I checked the job post you were referring to and it appears that it's already been taken down because it was in violation of Upwork TOS.
