Hi, All

I spend lot of connect after UW new strategy. Mean almost spend 100+ connects on few jobs 🙄🙄🙄 but not get any jobs. Before new strategy in 100 connects I apply many jobs in 100 9+ connects. I getting jobs. But new 😔😔😔😔 very disappointed with new strategy. No jobs 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
