I'm not sure how much time has passed since your last conversation with the client, but there are some valid reasons for a user not to be able to respond. I would suggest trying to contact your client again. Please do not work on any project until a client has sent you an offer, you have accepted it, it's showing on your My Jobs page as an active contract, and the client's payment method is verified.
