Not Receive Top Rated Badge

I think my profile is eligible for the Top Rated badge. But still, I have not receive it.

I have not fulfilled only one of them and that is

"First hire on Upwork was more than 90 days ago"

Because my first client have some task and I have completed within 3 days.
