Not able to add billing method

I am Unable to Verify my Bank Account on Upwork. After entering all the bank details the information is showing "Your bank was unable to verify your information". Please contact them and try again.

I think there is a restriction by your bank contact them that's why you are not abled to verify your billing method.

I'd be real worried if inputting information on upwork would prompt my bank to give out confidential information such as a restriction to my account. Not the way that works.
