I've created this new account only to contact support as it does not appear to be possible to get in touch with anyone without an account. Delete it when the issue is resolved.
I can't log in to my account **Edited for Community Guidelines** either with the username or the email address.
I have received no email to indicate anything should have happened.

Hi, I am contacting you because I am having trouble logging in. I am getting the "Username is incorrect" error all of a sudden, even though I typed everything correctly. This also occurs if I use my upwork username instead of email. I tried resetting my password but I got no email reply.
