PROFILE NAME CHANGE

Hello Upwork,

I would like to have my First and Last Names changed to the following on my profile.

Previous Display Names: Ademola Adu

New Display Name(s): Gabriel Adu

Gabriel is my middle name as shown in my Birth Certificate submitted a while ago when I requested re-activation of my account and I prefer to be addressed by it.

As requested to wait 24-48 hours, I have not received any response from
anyone for more than 96 hours.

I have also done so more than 3 times to no avail.

Can you help fast track it?

The team is doing nothing to get this done. Now the ticket has even been closed.

This is past the 48 hours time frame like I have been saying for the past few days.

This is REALLY NOT FAIR. This cannot be termed support in any way.
