PayPal Withdrawels

Hello All,

I Just noticed Upwork withdrew $13.81 from my PayPal account, and I have no idea why. I used to have a monthly membership but cancelled that. Who do you contact to discuss? I can't seem to find a direct contact email or explanation - even the reference numbers for the withdrawels are vague.
