Problems withdrawing to Local Bank

I edited my payment method more than a week ago adding my local bank info. The payment method was approved 3 days later by Upwork.
However, when I try to transfer my funds now appears a message that Upwork has technical problems, to try again in a minute.
I’m trying since yesterday and it is not working. Could someone help me please?

Could you please confirm if the issue persists when you try to clear your cookies or use a different browser?

Yes, I tried 3 different browsers and the problem continues. Also, Cleared all cookies, and I still get a message that I should try again in one minute.
What should I do?
