Payment Related issue

Client has raised my payment from 6$ to 7 $. Yet it's not reflected on my weekly payment from upwork sheet. It's still paying  6$ / hour. Its been two weeks since the client has increased.   Also, Please tell me how to raise ticket in support section.

The hours for which you are paid today are from 2 weeks ago, so will still be at the old rate.Any hours logged after the day the client increased your rate will be at the new rate.
