Hello,
I requested a payment for which I received the notification on November 12th that it was processed.
Today was the last I could expect, according to the same email, to get the funds into my bank account.
The reference ID is 428045919. Kindly help have a look into this matter.

I checked and can confirm that a withdrawal you’re referring to was successfully processed on our end. Please know that Direct to Local Bank transfers take up to four business days to arrive at your bank.
