Payment did not arrive on payoneer account.

Hello.

Upwork make an automatic payment on my payoneer account made through upwork on 29 March 2021. As of 4 April I have not recieved the payment. I cannot access the payoneer account. Can I know if the payment is done? Can it be cancelled? Please help me out.
