When I tried to transfer my funds to paypal I received an email which stated the following:
We attempted to process your recent payment request but unfortunately it failed.

Hi Mohamed,
Please check with PayPal customer support if you have any problems with your account. If everything is set up correctly try to withdraw your funds again. If you`re still experiencing problems after this, let me know here. Thank you.
