Possible scam email?

I just recieved an email from **Edited for community guidelines** about a free coachering service offer from an "Upwork Success Partner" and it's sending me a link to a Google Form document asking me for my email, my full name, and my User ID.

Is this legitimate or is this a scam?

This email is legit and it is sent by our team. The Upwork Success Partner team is an internal team at Upwork that helps freelancers and agencies on Upwork start and grow their business on the work marketplace.  Feel free to follow up if you're interested.
