How is pricing and fee management calculated? Does it change based on the country that you hire from? For example, one of our employees wants to move to Ethipia and will transition to a contract role. Does that change our pricing and fees, since we historically have only hired within the US?

Doesn't matter.

If you want to pay a freelancer differently, because he moved, or because he got certified, or because he bought a new car or whatever, that is fine.

But Upwork's fee structure is the same for all users regardless of where they live.
