Profile

I am attempting to build my profile, each section after Expertise Level will not save the information.  When I complete the section, the next button is not clickable.  The only thing that is clickable is Skip This Step.

Hi Lisa,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble completing your profile. Could you please try a different browser or clear your cache and cookies? If that doesn't help, please let us know. Thank you.

Upwork

I'm having the same issue.  I entered about 20 previous jobs, in detail, and am ready to click "Next" but it is greyed out.  The same thing happened when I entered my education.  If I click to "skip this step for now", will all of the work entering my previous work history be erased?  If I clear my casche or cookies, will everything I entred be erased?

I believe it was erased.
I cleared my cache and cookies and re-logged in. Everything was fine
after that

OK, but you lost everything you had entered previously?

Yes, it was.

Thanks for your help. I entered over twenty previous companies/jobs. I'll
have to type again.

Hi, I'm having the same issue - I have tried creating my profile in different browsers, I have cleared my cache and cookies. It is still not working - the "next" button is always grey and I can't seem to save the data I have entered to continue creating my profile.

What do I do?

I took screen caps of everything I had entered into the form so it would go
faster upon having to re-type all of it. I cleared my cache, refreshed the
site, and retyped everything. BUT.I only typed in one thing in each area,
then saved and went back in to edit them afterwards. Then, I was able to
type in the rest of the information. So, I typed in one job in my work
history, saved and then went back later by clicking edit and added the rest.

What a coincidence, Bonnie B!

I was just trying that right now - adding just one experience/study and such, to edit later. Glad to know that it will work. Thank you so much for the reply and for helping me out! 🙂

You're very welcome.
