Quarrel with client

Today I had a trouble with a client because he didn't pay. I threw him bad words, and he said that he will assure that my account is closed today. is he able to get such thing?. I threw him bad words because he didn't pay anything, but he said things about quality. anyways, the job was advancing, but he did't even pay the 4 hours done in the first week.

Depends on how bad your words were 😅 if it was very unprofessional and cussing words then YES if he reports you to the Upwork team, they could deactivate your account. I have no experience of this, just assuming!

More important--how did he not pay you? Is there money in escrow?
