please help.   I  put my room in archived by mistake now what can I do 

Did the client able to contact me or not?

Hi Gaurav,

If you blocked your client in Messages, you can type your client's name in the search box on the right side in Messages > select the related room > select the three dots icon on the right-side and choose to unlock the client from the drop-down menu.

If you've hidden the message room by mistake, you can follow the first two steps noted above and the room will become available again.
