Refund given without my consent

Hi. I just received a message that a refund was given to a client when the job has been completed successfully and the client approved the payment and also gave a 5-star rating. Can you help?

Hello Andrea, I recently finished a Project Catalog Job for a client and all seemed well and good with the client approving the payment as well as giving a 5-star review when all of a sudden yesterday a refund was given out of nowhere.  Can Upwork help me with recouping my monies for work and deliverables provided to the client?
