Hi, Upwork support team.

I hope you to find this message as well.

I was a top rated freelancer and the work was very fun.

But In the last December, I met one client and we had not any issues.

But the issue was that he was very unresponsive.

So I suggested to finish the contract.

He didn't give the the public feedback while he gave me the private feedback and I don't know what it will be.

Anyway, after ending this contract, my JSS dropped down to 89% so I lost my badge.

I met the support team and removed this feedback from my JSS calculation.

So if the JSS is re-calculated, I will meet all criteria.

Can I get the Top Rated badge again if the JSS is calculated again?

When it is calculated and when can I get the badge again?

I'm sorry to learn about your experience with the client. As long as you qualify for the badge again, it should be awarded to your profile. Remember that the change in your score from the feedback removal will be reflected when JSS updates again, which happens on Sundays every two weeks.
