Hello Upwork community!
I created my account on Upwork few months ago but I didn't get ID verification badge yet.
I don't have any problem to use upwork platform without badge but the biggest problem is that the clients don't read my proposal whenever I send because I don't have ID verification badge.
Perhaps it looks like they think like that "Ah, He's a fake. He don't have ID verification badge."
How can I get ID verification badge and rising talent badge?
Please help me so I can get clients's eye-catching.

It doesn't look like you need to verify your account yet. The team will let you know if there is a need for any verification in the future. Please know that verification cannot be requested. If the team finds the need to verify your account, you will be notified through an email, or through a notification in your account with more information on how you can complete the verification process.

Regarding the Rising Talent Badge, it is automatically assigned when a freelancer meets the requirements listed here. Once you qualify for the badge, you will receive a notification letting you know, and it will also reflect on your profile.

I'm a budding freelancer @ https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/abdullahhabibai I assume I've completed all the requirements to be a Top Rated Freelancer but I still did not get the badge. Please help me understand.

 Also please help me understand "where can I get the information about when I lost my Rising Star Badge?"

We admire your eagerness to get the Top-Rated badge. Firstly, since you've obtained a Job Success Score, the Rising Talent badge will automatically removed from your profile. Then, you can work on getting the Top-Rated badge.

This includes client feedback, the overall strength of your profile, prior experience and skills, your educational background, and the opportunities that are available in the market. We won't be able to comment on user's Rising Talent qualification specifics.

Once the requirements are met, you'll be invited into the program automatically and receive the badge within 48 hours.

I've been eligible for Rising Talent badge for almost 2 to 3 months.
But still, I haven't received any notification about the Rising Talent badge.
Can any moderator check my stats and guide me if something is not according to the requirements?

Requirements:

100% complete profile

No account holds in the last 90 days 

100% Job Success score

Let me know if there are any other requirements that I need to comply with.

Once you meet the cirteria listed here, the badge is automatically added to your account. If you qualify to become Rising Talent, we'll email you to let you know the badge has been added to your profile. You won't need to take any action. You'll keep the badge as long as you remain eligible or until you earn a Top Rated badge.

Having completed my profile to 100 % and meeting all requirements for the rising talent badge. My profile haven't been updated for about 2weeks. Please I need help on how to resolve this

To avail the Rising Talent Badge you have to apply for atleast one job as soon as possible after completing 100% profile. so apply for a job as soon as possible  you will get the Rising Talent Badge after 24Hr.

I have done about 6 jobs on Upwork and have yet to receive a rising star badge. I checked my stats and it showed that I meet the eligibility criteria for it. So when or how can I receive the badge? If not yet then what criteria am I missing? Guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Should be you have JSS already. Your profile is private, i cannot check. If yes then you cannot receive this badge anymore.

I Can see in "my stats" tab, that I am eligible for "Rising Talent" badge, but it has already been more than 48 hours, even 3 days, 

Still there is nothing adds to my profile, 

If there is any issue, so i want to know about that to resolve it, 
How can i resolve it if i dont' know what has to be done,
