I saw some jobs looking for a "rising talent" and I knew what it is clearly now.

Anyway, I followed all guide for getting that badge.

In my opinion, I did all things what I was supposed to do.

Can anybody have a look in my profile and give me some tips what I have to do additionally?

As Rising Talent, you must

1. Pass the Upwork Readiness Test
2. Complete your projects on time and as promised
3. Maintain a 100% complete profile that accurately showcases your skills
4. Keep your availability status up-to-date
5. Regularly submit proposals to projects that match your skill set
6. Adhere to the Upwork Terms of Service
7. Have been active in the past 90 days or joined in the past 30 days

If you have completed the above mentioned requirements then you don't need to anything further Rising Talent is a automatic service if everything is fulfilled the badge will appear anytime.

I would just like to note the Rising Talent status is assigned automatically when a freelancer meets the requirements listed here. This process is working as designed and we can't specify a reason why a freelancer is, or isn't eligible for receiving the Rising Talent badge. Once you qualify, you should receive a notification letting you know.

You are just doing fine. Congrats for getting the first job done successfully. Just focus on completing more jobs, having more happy clients, some of whom will give you repeat jobs and become long term clients. Rest everything will follow automatically.
