My problem is that I was talking to a potential client who contacted me through a project posted on my profile, and because he needed a few different things, I ended up creating a custom contract for him, and I sended it.
While I was waiting for a response, it turns out that the chat room disappeared and I have no way to access it again, since there is a sign that says that the room cannot be found, and then an error code.
The personalized contract still not accepted is still in the My jobs tab, but I have no way of contacting the client.

Do you know what could be due?

Thank you for your message. Please note that you will not be able to find the room in case the job is already cancelled by the client or removed by Upwork.
