Just wondering is their a Newbie who has has earned within a week of Joining this Platform?

I am sure their are. You just have to write a great profile, put out some proposals, Get clients on a call / zoom call.

When i first started, a LOOOONG time ago, it took me 3 weeks before I got my first job

Close them, Do a Great Job and there you have it, happy client, happy freelancer : )
