With my experience, I advise that you take a look at your Upwork's Home page, and click on the ? icon and choose Help and Support:
Another way is posting in this Community stating your issue (which you are doing and which might take longer in my opinion) and Upwork moderators will pass by and help escalate your issue to the relevant team.
