Hi I have an old account since 2016 then i wonder why its suspended i stop working upwork on that moment then when i checked it now and open i want to recover it byut nothing on notification how to solve it or cant contacty customer service on that account.

Please refer to your support ticket #17738088 for more information on how to appeal your suspension. You can access your ticket from the notification that was sent to your email address and also here while logged in to the correct account.
As a gentle reminder, please know that users are not allowed to have more than one account regardless if the old account is suspended.
