Suspicious about client

Hello, I have just received an invitation for a job proposal that I applied for, I submitted wrting samples, and answered questions. This client has sent me a PDF stating the job description. Now I am feeling skeptical because in the job description it said to email the editor. I have done just that and received the same exact PDF from that editor. Am I being scammed? Don't have permission to see the PDF. I'd probably ask questions idk hard to tell without seeing the pdf.

Is this the guy who keeps posting over and over again to write about the games you like for $20? Sick of seeing that guy in my feed -_-

If so, I don't think he's a scammer. Just someone trying to get cheap content. 

This PDF alone doesn't seem like a scam.

Yes, that's the one. I'm glad you caught on to that. I'll try to avoid that client now.
