Tax Identification Number

I completed the form on November 29 of last year, including my identification number. As far as I knew everything was fine. Today I have seen my tax information and my tax identification number does not appear... and my date of birth is not placed correctly even though I checked until December 31 that everything was in order. I have completed the form again and now it shows as "completed".

Here is my big question. As I just filled out the form again. Will Upwork retain 30% of my income?

I live in Venezuela.

Yes, I have seen that they are not deducting 30% of my income but I wanted to be sure because I sent the completed form again. Thanks for replying.
