Hi, I am new to UpWork, and honoured and happy to be part of this community.
I have worked as a freelancer for a while on other platforms, and this says much about my actual profile and skills... But my profile cannot highlight such experience, because, of course, I am new at Upwork... So I believe being able to somehow include the feedback (reviews) from the clients from other platforms would be perfect to qualify my profile... I would like to ask which is the best and acceptable way to do so...

Hi,
I recently requested a testimonial for my Upwork profile. It has been 3-4 business days, but the testimonial status is still marked as "pending." I made sure to follow all the correct procedures, including linking the appropriate LinkedIn account and providing accurate information.
Is this delay common, or could there be an issue with the process? Any insights or advice on how long it typically takes for testimonials to be approved would be greatly appreciated.

It could take up to 10 business days, so around 2 weeks. Just wait.

While the quoted review time is within 10 days, please know in most cases we complete our review within 5 days. We truly appreciate your patience through this process!

Hi Everyone,
I recently sent an email through Upwork to request a testimonial from a client, but there was a typo in the email (a flipped letter). As a result, the email hasn't been delivered properly.
I tried contacting customer support, but I couldnโt find a resolution or directly connect with anyone. The information provided suggested contacting support, but I couldnโt talk to anyone directly.
Could you please assist me in either recalling or correcting the email so that it can reach the client? I appreciate your help and look forward to your guidance.

Hello! I sent requests to three different clients, provided their emails and LinkedIn links, but none of them received any request after half a day. My clients are saying that they haven't received any requests, neither by email nor on LinkedIn.
