I know I have Freelancer Plus and hide my earning, but I used the be able to the my total earnings when my profil was in edit mode. That is no longer the case. Is there another way to see my total earnings?

Nope, as soon as I set it back to private, I can no longer see it.
And it is not a cache issue.

That's not the oppposite of what Petra told you.
You wanted to see the total earnings ? She said set the profile to public, look at your total earnings, and set it back to private again.
Of course when you set it back to private the earnings won't show anymore 🙂
If you want a better insight on your total earning, I'd suggest another idea (I didn't test it YET) : looking at the Reports, filtering by the date you started earning for the first time and downloading the financial transactions excel sheets of that period ..
Maybe you can manipulate those numbers to get your total earnings ... I'm not sure but it's interesting to try that !
What Petra tried to say was that by toggling the view it should show again, but it does not.
Anyway, I dont want to manualy collect the data when I was able to get the information by simply looking at my profile. Can you see your rotal earnings when you look at your profile in edit mode?

Yes, but at that point you know what it is....

Yes, but it should say in my profile when in edit mode.

But it's only to the nearest 10k or 100k, so does it matter? Or did you see it exactly?

Nothing. Just what you see when you have a look at my profile.

What I mean is that it only shows (when visible) to the nearest 10k or 100k anyway. I was asking if you saw it more precisely previously...

No, just like everyone else who is on a Basic Plan.

For what it's worth, you can see your exact 1,3,6 month and 1 year earnings by going to Reports > Certificate of Earnings

Hi Jennifer,
I'll ask our team to check and confirm if it's by design that you're not able to view total earnings in edit mode. You'll receive an update directly once our team completes the investigation.

So I heard back from help desk.
This is due to changes on account user interface.
But I also noticed that my feedbacks no longer appear in the correct order. A contract closed on the 23rd is still on top, while two contracts closed after that are placed below. Upwork please fix that.

Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for the follow-up and the new report. I'll ask our team to investigate and provide an update on your open support ticket as soon as possible.

The issues are still there:
According to CS everything works as expected. Since info for jobs in the work history is provided in MM/YYYY format. Consequently, Contracts ended on same month are not sorted chronologically.
This leaves me wondering if the 10 contracts that must have been closed to use the TR perk will include the contracts that were closed after a contract that went South but appear further down in the work history.
