Hello,
When I log in my account, the following message is displayed:
Action required: To avoid additional account restrictions, you must complete your identity verification video call with Upwork. You can initiate this call by chatting with an agent here.
The problem is, when I click on the link, it takes to the Help center and then, before I can click on anything else, takes me back to Upwork's homepage. I have tried accessing that link through my account, and still doesn't work. I've tried using another browser, same thing happens. Even when I try logging in the Help Center, it redirects me to the homepage. Is there any way to make the link work, and finally have the video verification call?

i have the same problem but may message is "Verify your Identity by 05/21/2020 UTC to continue winning jobs on Upwork. Get started." when i clicked on the link, it takes to help center, i tried to other browsers and its the same.

I am having a problem with Video verification. I have uploaded my National ID but when I click on chat now for video verification, In the chat option if I say I want to verify myself. All-time the bot reply me the message. No agent is talking. But I have one day to verify my identity. What I do now?

Hello, I have completed ID verificaction process and it's verified. But for video verification I have every technology which is required and when I click on start chat it takes me to this page.

Hello Goran,
I hope that you can help me too! I have exactly the same issue at the moment. It would have been easier if I can have a chat with a rep but the option is not available. I can only send an email. My account is currently limited and is being asked to do an identity verification - video verification in particular. This is step is very simple and I don't have an issue with it. What makes it complicated is the fact that my account has completed both ID and Video verification processes way back Sept of 2019. This means that I do not have the link to proceed. And I am starting to get frustrated with the support that I receive.
I am more than willing to comply and complete this asap but am not getting anywhere with Support.
Please help.

oh and It seems that I also can't upload a pic for my profile picture? A message just pops up saying "Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to save the image."

Please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to upload your profile image. I would also suggest logging in via Firefox to complete the verification.
