Upwork Time Tracker. Can I use it?

Upwork's Time tracker beats the hell out of other trackers out there. I am so used to track my time that I really want to use it for personal projects, track myself on non contract related tasks. Is this feasable?

I've also tried direct contracts but now they work with a deposit, and manual input. I could try hiring myself, not sure this is permitted. Is there a good enough time tracker that I could use? Toggl Is really not up to it. Is this a feature we could expect from Upwork on a Plus membership, for example? Thank you!

The time tracker can be used only with the Upwork contracts. Please note that self-hiring is considered a serious TOS violation and may lead to action taken on your account.
