Upwork Tracker not tracking

My Upwork tracker fails to create work dairy and it also stops billing for the work done. I have already billing worth an hour. Any trouble shoot ?

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you get an error message related to the Upwork Desktop App, you can often resolve it by quitting the app and then reopening it. This will force the app to load any updates from our side.
