Upwork Webinar on Project Catalog

I think the Upwork webinar is about to start in one and half an hours. So the PST times are not always very convenient for me. I can not attend the webinars I sign up for. Is there any way of recording them and putting them in a drive so that people from other areas can have access to the webinars later on? 

I honestly want to attend them but the timings are never flexible. Can this be taken into account?
