Urgent Help

Upwork made a payment to my PayPal today but I'm unable to withdraw from PayPal. I want to make a refund to Upwork and withdraw using another channel.

I need help to work through this successfully, it's my only option now and it's my first Upwork payment.

I did and it seems the most viable option is to make a refund to the sender (Upwork).

If the funds can return to Upwork and reflect in my dashboard soon after, then I'd be happy to settle for it.

I'd really like this to happen, it's my only option like I said. I don't want to lose my earnings.
