I completed video verification, including showing my ID on camera. Now support wants me to upload the same ID but the only method is via mobile device. I have no access to a mobile device, I cannot borrow a mobile device. I'm told I cannot use this website without using this mobile upload method. Is that true?
If that is true, I intend to have my account deleted. How can I have ALL of my information deleted from this website, not stored for years? I asked to have my account deleted before, but apparently it was retained since support re-instated it for me years later. When I contacted support about having everything deleted, they started me on the verification process, which I cannot finish now.
