Waiting to hear from Customer Support

Hello,

 

I received an acknowledgement from CS stating they were looking into an issue with my profile. This was on Monday, I have not heard anything from them since then. I asked for an update the other day, but have not heard anything back. Could a member of the Upwork team kindly look into this for me it would be much appreciated.
