What should I do when the Screen Shots shown in the Work Diary are not accurate from what I'm doing?

Hi there. Recently I find myself working and the screenshots that the UpWork app has been taking are not accurate from what I'm doing. They only show my desktop picture and not the app where I'm in (Slack, Safari, etc). I have the iOS 11.4. Does anyone has been through the same situations? The ss doesn't even show my sticky notes or apps in the main screen either.

Click your name at the lower left of the app
Select Support and Feedback
Enter the details of your issue and click Send
